Diego moved to VT several years ago and fell in love with cooking working in some of the best kitchens in the area such as Honey Road and Deep City. He’s currently in Burlington and is excited to offer the people awesome food and a great experience.

Quinn Gervia

Born and raised Vermonter with a love for baked goods, big laughs, and cute kittens.

Quinn worked just about every position or station in the kitchen and front of house over the past 10 years. She met Diego and Kayla working at Honey Road, moved on to my Sous/Pastry Chef role at Deep City, and lastly as the Assistant Pastry Chef at Philo Ridge Farm before beginning my journey at Leo & Co. She’s really excited about this space and our menu.
